Form to set up client portal to access documents and electronically sign

  • Email address to be used for the client portal
  • Mobile or landline phone number
  • Date of request
  • Please note you must be a current client to have a client portal login. These are set up for each person who needs to sign a tax return and not joint. Therefore please request for each entitie required or advise us the box with the names and emails or your related entities. You will each receive an email with instructions and login details. Please note these can take upto 48hrs from contact if you do not receive an email within this time please contact the office.
