Important Information for Business

Due to increased COVID-19 activity, the Western Australian Government has announced a five-day lockdown commencing from 6.00pm Sunday 31 January 2021 for the Perth, Peel, and South West regions. The lockdown is currently scheduled to end on 6.00pm Friday 5 February 2021, subject to case numbers.

I do not have workers in the Perth, Peel, or South West regions. What do I need to do?

These changes do not affect you. No action is required.

• Review the government’s latest information here to find out how your business is affected
• Go to the Employsure website here to download the documentation relevant to your circumstances
• If your business can continue operating with the restrictions:
  • Implement your COVID Safety Plan following consultation with your workers. Communicate physical distancing and WHS measures to employees if in the workplace
  • Download our Working from Home kit to consider how to transition your employees to working from home (if appropriate)
